Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular market research and physical visits to identify trends, new products, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Drive efficient cash/spot procurement, securing competitive pricing and upholding strict compliance standards
Processes purchase requisitions and generates purchase orders for local goods and services in a timely and accurate manner.
Delivering all requirements and ensure accurate documentation effectively under strict timelines and manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously
Coordinate with suppliers, the warehouse team, and vessels’ personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Analyze spending patterns and procurement data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Collaborate with Merchandising & Fashion Design teams to align fabric and accessory purchases with requirements.
