Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute FR (Fast React) line plan based on sample
∎ Communicate with the merchandisers and get the approval for production
∎ Responsible for sample section, design section, CTS (Computer to screen) section and color room
∎ Take minimum lead time for developments to achieve approved standard
∎ Responsible for production color variation
∎ Work with Cross Functional Team to find the corrective action when there is deviation in implementation level of measurement
∎ Align all the processes according to EOS
∎ Follow up printing drivers On Time Through (OTT) to meet sample input plan & sample OTT
∎ Attend weekly risk analysis meeting for smooth sample development & costing
∎ Execute actual printing Efficiency & sample production against plan on hourly basis and highlight the deviations
∎ Achieve budgeted printing cost per piece & execute the real time drivers of printing improvements
∎ Meet the shift plan & Control the budget defect rate
∎ Maintain the shift absentism
∎ Mainatin the plant shift cleanliness
∎ Need to do KAIZEN
∎ Need to control audit pass report upto 100

∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Candidate should be energetic, confident and proactive attitude
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
∎ Fair knowledge about garments/Textile Operation
