∎ Excellent communication, team collaboration, and reporting skills.
∎ Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMV, NPT, Capacity Planning, and 6S.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
∎ Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze and prepare the daily Printing Efficiency Report.
∎ Conduct Daily NPT (Non-Productive Time) analysis for Printing & Embroidery and record realistic data.
∎ Facilitate operator skill tests for recruitment in the Printing & Embroidery departments.
∎ Analyze and work to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value) in the Printing process.
∎ Update the Daily Dashboard and organize relevant meetings with concerned teams.
∎ Engage in GEMBA walks to identify opportunities for simplification and operational improvement.
∎ Conduct Printing & Embroidery Capacity Analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization.
∎ Attend and actively participate in daily production meetings to align IE goals with production targets.
∎ Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, addressing conflicts effectively and providing viable solutions.
∎ Identify training needs of the team and arrange development programs to upskill the workforce.
∎ Expand and improve the scope of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices across the floor.
