Experience:
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and IE tools/software.
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and reporting skills.
Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMV, NPT, Capacity Planning, and 6S.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.
Analyze and prepare the daily Printing Efficiency Report.
Conduct Daily NPT (Non-Productive Time) analysis for Printing & Embroidery and record realistic data.
Facilitate operator skill tests for recruitment in the Printing & Embroidery departments.
Analyze and work to reduce SMV (Standard Minute Value) in the Printing process.
Update the Daily Dashboard and organize relevant meetings with concerned teams.
Engage in GEMBA walks to identify opportunities for simplification and operational improvement.
Conduct Printing & Embroidery Capacity Analysis to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Attend and actively participate in daily production meetings to align IE goals with production targets.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, addressing conflicts effectively and providing viable solutions.
Identify training needs of the team and arrange development programs to upskill the workforce.
Expand and improve the scope of 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices across the floor.
