∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc In Textile Engineering from reputed university.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect monthly printing plan from the planer.
∎ Collect print approval, Set-off, print technique, PP file and all documents from sample.
∎ Arrange style wise meeting for reviewing and risk analysis.
∎ Base on print technique allocate the facilities.
∎ Ensure on time size set and analysis for process improvements and implement strategy to enhance productivity.
∎ Arrange bulk production approval from concern quality department.
∎ Ensure available goods as per plan for print table and machine feeding.
∎ Make priority-based production schedule on swing demand and shipment date.
∎ Attend the PP and risk analysis meeting.
∎ Follow-up plan vs actual received goods status time to time.
∎ Monitoring daily goods received and delivery status.
∎ Monitoring daily production balancing and tracking swing requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with Merchandiser, Sample, Production, QAD, IE, MCD, HR, Supply chain, Maintainer for any required issue.
∎ For special items provide the consumption and booking send to MCD.
∎ Maintain 7S In floor and Ensure all PPE and Buyer Audit.
