• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and IE tools/software.

• Excellent communication, team collaboration, and reporting skills.

• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SMV, NPT, Capacity Planning, and 6S.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Must be proactive and able to work under pressure.

Responsible for managing printing operations from sample development to bulk execution while supporting IE activities such as efficiency analysis, capacity planning, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on sample approvals, printing development, and buyer corrections.

• Plan and monitor daily/monthly production schedules in coordination with IE and planning teams.

• Prepare and review printing efficiency, NPT, and SMV reports with IE team.

• Conduct operator skill tests, capacity analysis, and support manpower planning.

• Resolve technical printing issues and maintain layout and process flow.

• Ensure timely submission of TDS, wash reports, and costing data.

• Drive Lean, 5S/6S, and GEMBA initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

• Maintain and enforce SOPs, participate in daily production meetings, and liaise with buyers and cross-functional teams.
