We are looking for competent personnel for the post of "Executive - Planning" our company. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.

• Develop and implement production plans to meet delivery deadlines while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.

• Coordinate with merchandisers and buyers to understand order requirements, prioritize orders, and allocate resources accordingly.

• Monitor production capacity and adjust schedules as needed to ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Work closely with the sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for production.

• Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.

• Track production performance metrics and prepare reports to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on production schedules and priorities.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce lead times.
