Responsibilities & Context:
Receive and verify buyer bookings (via ERP) and ensure all details are accurate before order execution.
Coordinate with R&D, Lab, and Merchandising teams for development, submission, and approval follow-up.
Prepare and circulate monthly knitting, dyeing, and delivery plans aligned with T&A requirements.
Monitor yarn in-house status, machine capacity, and production progress to maintain on time performance (OTT/OTD).
Collaborate with production teams and merchants to resolve operational and technical challenges quickly.
Prepare and update batch, dyeing, and production reports to track order execution and efficiency.
Ensure fabric delivery plans and capacity forecasts are shared with related departments
Work on process optimization to reduce wastage, save yarn, and utilize grey and finished fabric efficiently.
