• Receive and verify buyer bookings (via ERP) and ensure all details are accurate before order execution.

• Coordinate with R&D, Lab, and Merchandising teams for development, submission, and approval follow-up.

• Prepare and circulate monthly knitting, dyeing, and delivery plans aligned with T&A requirements.

• Monitor yarn in-house status, machine capacity, and production progress to maintain on time performance (OTT/OTD).

• Collaborate with production teams and merchants to resolve operational and technical challenges quickly.

• Prepare and update batch, dyeing, and production reports to track order execution and efficiency.

• Ensure fabric delivery plans and capacity forecasts are shared with related departments

• Work on process optimization to reduce wastage, save yarn, and utilize grey and finished fabric efficiently.
