∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate with relevant teams* to obtain required specification and determine manufacturing feasibility needed to reserve plant capacities /prepare loading plans to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements and plant capacity is fully utilized* Front-end, Manufacturing and Sub-Contractors(where relevant).
∎ Schedule and attend merchandising and production meetings* to ascertain issues and determine effective resolutions required to prepare and maintain a secured detailed plan well in advance to ensure disrupted production.
∎ Provide solutions for anomalies due to production performance (behind/advance to plan) to plan; RM flow disruptions, etc while ensuring minimum deviation/impact to customer delivery.
∎ *One week- Production Two- four weeks- RM confirmations Four weeks - plant freeze plan.
∎ Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on current systems (i.e Planning Tool and SAP) and Update/analyse/review the followingreports* to facilitate production operations and management decision making:
∎ *Loading plan Detailed plan Pre-production schedule Production Advance/Behind report Other assigned reports.
