Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc. in Textile Engg. from any UGC approved institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Laboratory/ Testing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physical lab activity and administrative control over lab;
∎ Experience in color fastness, physical & mechanical test;
∎ Knowledge of testing machine operating & basic maintenance;
∎ Maintaining and updating daily Test results database as per buyer test criteria;
∎ Risk point analysis of new development/sample/bulk/others;
∎ Review of Daily development, sample, Bulk fabric & garments Report;
∎ Forward the test reports for authorization;
∎ Inform departmental head for any not ok report;
∎ Find out root cause analysis against not ok result & keep record;
∎ Generate local & global test report format;
∎ Arrange test report file as per all buyer recommendation;
∎ Maintain proper storage of shrinkage bag, tested garments for all buyer;
∎ Forward all updated information regarding testing process/wash & dry process/others to all;
∎ Prepare monthly budget for physical lab items;
∎ Monitoring the working process of subordinates & motivating them;
∎ Give training for Testing the samples as per Buyer assurance process and preparing the test reports to Sr. Technician/ Technician & asst. Lab Technician level;
∎ Involve in new recruitment & selection process;
∎ Overall keep a friendly relation both in internal & external departments.

∎ Very strong administrative skill & discipline required in timely collection, reporting & giving result with accuracy, confidentiality & record keeping;
∎ Strong computer Knowledge;
∎ Strong mail communication with relevant dept;
∎ Very good Knowledge in reading, writing & spoken English;
∎ Knowledge on different test methods like ISO, AATCC etc;
∎ Enthusiasm to take additional responsibilities & learn-ability.
