Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthening employee bonding & increase employee engagement levels by driving different employee relations activities.
∎ Handling complaints and settling disputes.
∎ Innovative activities to improve the overall working environment.
∎ Employee counseling to mitigate the stress and upgrade the performance level.
∎ Providing emotional and personal support to the employees.
∎ Initiate proactive processes to reduce employee turnover.
∎ Arranging different employee engagement activities within and outside the premises.
∎ Prepare different reports and analysis as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years

Salary: Negotiable
