Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Compliance, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Human Resources & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible on Attendance Management, Payroll Reporting, Monthly Salary Process & Management.
∎ Perform day to day Payroll Activities.
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll records.
∎ Updating & generating various HR reports
∎ To ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure
∎ Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, disability, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this
∎ Payment monthly salary within stipulated time of each month.
∎ Take care of Admin Activities : Logistics support, Routine Maintenance; Cleaning, vendor dealings etc.
∎ Attend any other HR & Admin task as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
