Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Excel,Data Processing
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel, MIS Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Skill, Computer skill, Data Entry, Database Administration, FMCG Sales & Marketing, MIS, Sales MIS, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with management to ensure that all the administrative and supportive functions of the sales department are going smoothly.
∎ Supporting sales team and sales-related activities within the company to meet sales goals as provided by upper management.
∎ Acts as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers.
∎ Providing administrative support; Preparing Various sales reports; Update daily report of sales team; FF expenses & Incentive Preparing
∎ Monitoring & Physical Involvement on Damage adjustment procedure & Reporting to Senior.
∎ Internal & External Audit Related Issue maintaining & handle them to make confident that all audit Related Requirements & Compliance are maintaining.
∎ Respond quickly and efficiently to incoming calls & emails
∎ Investigate, evaluate and settle claims, applying technical knowledge and human relations skills to effect fair and prompt disposal of cases.
∎ Verify and analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and procedures.
∎ Maintain claim files such as records of settled claims and an inventory of claims requiring detailed analysis.
∎ Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
∎ Ability to work under stress and communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent need to be highly skilled in Excel and Data processing and ability to work under stress.
