∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To write various stories & articles as per requirements of OD Initiative.
∎ To prepare Format & Maintain various HR Metrics.
∎ To assist in Management Development Program (MDP).
∎ To Conduct various survey, such as employee engagement, employee satisfaction, employee turnover survey etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Must have experience in Story, Article & Essay writings on newspaper or magazine.
∎ Involvement with Literature, Cultural & Debate Organization will be given preference.
∎ Strong command on both English & Bengali language.
∎ Applicant must have good knowledge on advanced excel.
