Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• BSc in Textile Engineering (Wet Process or Equivalent) from any accredited university.

• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Execute and monitor all wet process operations such as de-sizing, enzyme, bleach, stone, and acid washes etc.

• Ensure proper recipe formulation and maintain accurate process parameters (temperature, pH, time, liquor ratio).

• Supervise operators and helpers to achieve daily production targets.

• Support the team in conducting bulk and per-production wash trials.

• Maintain the machine care and cleanliness checklist daily.

• Ensure fabric/garment shade and hand-feel are consistent with approved standards.

• Check sample wash before bulk production and report any deviation.

• Maintain wash standard boards and ensure approval tracking.

• Coordinate with the QA and Lab sections for shade approval and testing.

• Check availability and consumption of washing chemicals & auxiliaries and maintain proper chemical storage and usage documentation.

• Monitor energy and water usage efficiency during washing operations.

• Maintain daily batch log, wash recipe record, and production report.

• Prepare and update process sheets, quality inspection forms and assist in audit preparation (buyer, technical, and compliance).

• Report daily washing status, non-compliance, and production variance to the department head.
