Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise production team to execute production planning and achievement;
Set production target and ensuring maximum utilization of production capacity to achieve the target;
Prepare a cost effective and production friendly washing and dyeing recipe;
Prepare trail bulk batch based on customer standard and take shade range approval from customer;
Analysis risk factors and preventive action plan of the respective washing and order
Focusing on quality control points in production process;
Proper utilization of man machine ratio;
Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery;
Ensuring that team follows company policies and safety standards;
Keep in touch with R&D team to execute a production friendly washing process to save time and chemical;
