• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Supervise production team to execute production planning and achievement;

• Set production target and ensuring maximum utilization of production capacity to achieve the target;

• Prepare a cost effective and production friendly washing and dyeing recipe;

• Prepare trail bulk batch based on customer standard and take shade range approval from customer;

• Analysis risk factors and preventive action plan of the respective washing and order

• Focusing on quality control points in production process;

• Proper utilization of man machine ratio;

• Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery;

• Ensuring that team follows company policies and safety standards;

• Keep in touch with R&D team to execute a production friendly washing process to save time and chemical;
