∎ MBA / Masters in either of Marketing, Finance, and Business from reputed University with no third class/division.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company's brand development, promotional events and activations
∎ Ensure proper communications across the channels
∎ Assist in planning & execution of outdoor events, sponsorship, public relations, and CSR initiatives that will keep the brand on people's minds
∎ Manage website and digital platforms to create brand equity
∎ Vendor, suppliers and agency management activities
∎ Formulate brand strategies and prepare annual budget
∎ Review performance against set target
∎ Observe the inventory & re-order the printing of company materials
∎ Strictly follow LOGO and brand guidelines
∎ Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
∎ Planning and execution of market communications including online and social media
∎ Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
∎ Align the company around the brands direction choice and tactics
∎ Assist business team to organize promotional and sales activities to promote products
∎ Ensure continuous growth and development of the brand
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience in relevant department in Bank/NBFI
∎ Hands-on-skill in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop is mandatory
∎ Age must not exceed 35 years at the time of application
∎ Self-motivated and leadership attributes.
∎ Computer literacy having good command in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Negotiation and interpersonal skills
∎ Creative thinker and problem solver
∎ Project management experience
∎ Proven ability to work cross functional job
