Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Good Team Leader, Must have good oral and written communication skill in English, Negotiation Skills
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Diagnostic Skill: Have the knowledge and ability of understanding the process involved and scientifically analyzing problems and opportunities toward solution
∎ Communication Skill: Have ability in oral and written communication ( both in Bangla & English) with colleagues, peers, clients, and others both within and outside the organization.
∎ Leadership Skill: Have managerial skill to negotiate with clients, peers and others.
∎ Computer Skill: Must have the basic knowledge of Computer, especially, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and other software packages.
∎ Interpersonal Skill: Must have sincerity and devotion to work in team spirit with integrity and readiness to work under pressure to cope up with the job nature.
∎ Others: Academic Qualification - Must have Post Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business) from any recognized University of the country. No 3rd Division / CGPA below 2.50 would be acceptable.
