We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Narrow Fabrics Production Executive to join our team. This role will focus on the production of specialized narrow fabrics, Jacquard Elastic and Needle Loom (Twill Tape). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production machinery, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting issues related to fabric manufacturing.

• Must have in-depth knowledge on Jacquard weaving, Twill Tape and different types of cord and technical knowledge.

• Responsible for daily production planning on the basis of orders.

• Plan and development of sample as required for the business.

• Responsible for day-to-day production output, product quality and on-time delivery.

• Take necessary steps to track production and optimize the productivity.

• Operations and trigger immediate corrective actions if require.

• Ensuring concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain.

• Make sure that all the requirements of the buyers are met throughout the production chain.

• Ensure that the production chains are well maintained all the time.

• Responsible to send operational reports to the top management on regular basis.

• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management.

• Maintain production and quality complying with compliance.
