Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel Advance Level Experienced will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and maintain updated data on Sales Field operation.
∎ Sales Team Tracking, attendance, availability and overall activity report collect and compilation.
∎ Collect & compile sales data and analysis entire Distribution Performance.
∎ Monitor and assess Sales KPI & Target status and update Filed Team to ensure their performance.
∎ Review individual sales team performance and audit performance, presence on daily basis.
∎ Cross check team daily Tour, Route wise visit plan and update management accordingly.
∎ Accumulate all field related operational problems and track until the problem resolved.
∎ Always keep information confidential and maintain the guide line of the company management.
∎ Analyze trend by ensuring arrangement of product wise sales, stock and production related data.
∎ Analyze competition activity and market trends
∎ Provide daily constructive feed back to the management.
∎ Perform ad hoc task as and when assigned by the management.
∎ Keep all reports availability according to management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Deferred 1 year(s) Experience
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
