System development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage relationships with key stakeholders
∎ Implement initiatives and processes to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals
∎ Develop leaders for succession
∎ Manage escalated issues and provide direction.
∎ Work in collaboration with direct reports to establish Individual Development Plans.
∎ Function as a consultant and business partner to other organizations within the group.
∎ Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other business units
∎ Prepare and present different sorts of reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
∎ Solid research, data reporting and analysis skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft office – specially in Excel.
∎ Having knowledge in relational database.
∎ Prior experience in garments (a plus).
∎ Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence others.
∎ Great relationship builder with internal managers and their staff.
∎ Good prioritization and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing.
∎ Willing to work extended hours.
