∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support the technical deliverables of the implementation project including configuring, testing, tracking, and managing technical tasks.
∎ Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the technical solution meets the customers’ needs and business objectives.
∎ Ensures that the delivery of the technical solution follows all standard processes and tools.
∎ Provides Technical and analytical support and training to internal and external customers related to meter data management accountabilities.
∎ Process metering data and execute the validation, estimation, and edit process. Review and analyze exception reports.
∎ Issue meter trouble reports and liaise with external Metering Service Providers to investigate and resolve issues.
∎ Manage Meter Registration activities by interfacing directly with Metering Service Providers in the field.
∎ Monitor Metering Service Provider performance measures to confirm compliance with market rules, policies, and procedures.
∎ Monitor processes to ensure settlement calendar timelines are met or as per customer requirements.
