Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive for its MC Department.

Submission application to the Account Dept.

Making resolution.

Collecting sample from supplier and approval from Mnt. Dept.

checking production schedule and shipment. 

Making PO in ERP system (Sewing Thread) and providing to supplier.

Sewing thread follow up as per production schedule and ensure to in-house.

Provide Lot Sheet to Supplier, Hk team, Store, Qc team, Production Line.

Developing New Color of Sewing Thread & approving from Sales Team.

Submitted resolution and collecting supplier payment from Accounts Dept.

Collecting Bill and Challan Copy and paid to the supplier.

Collecting Export permission From Supplier.

Provide Export permission to Commercial Team.

Provide Import permission to Supplier.

Making and providing monthly PO of local material.

Follow up Local Material (Stationery, Cleaning, Refreshment , Medicine, Sewing Machine spare parts , Electric & Painting items).

Price Checking and confirming with Audit Team for Monthly Material.

Collecting Bill and Checking Challan PO wise of monthly (Local Material).

Making bill Of Local Material (Monthly).
