Responsibilities & Context:
Leading Tent Manufacturing group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Executive - Payment for its MC Department.
Preparing bill resolution, processing local suppliers payment.
Making MOS (Monthly order status) for local orders.
Updating Individual PO and Challans.
Checking bills and making resolution/updating challan/ signing sales contract/checking mail.
Updating PO to MOS/updating challans/signing sales contract.
Making the monthly report ( material sheet), arranging documents related to the payment to submit account team for payment.
Checking bills and making resolution/Updating challans.
Making the monthly report ( material sheet) if it is the end of the month or start of the month.
Updating flowchart if supplies submit bills/ making monthly report ( material sheet).
Arranging documents related to the payment to submit account team for payment.
