∎ Graduation or Masters in any discipline from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain timely interaction with the merchandising team/ supply chain/ supplier for inhouse materials that are in the pipeline
∎ To ensure on-time receipts and delivery of goods as per production requirements.
∎ To maintain and ensure proper documentation, reporting, and stock keeping process.
∎ To ensure safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure on-time materials receipts that are in the pipeline and dispatch accordingly.
∎ Maintain proper documentation, report, and stock keeping process.
∎ Ensure goods and stored correctly with quantity and 5S.
∎ Verify the quantity of challan & to ensure the accuracy;
∎ Check & verify MRIR/GRN/RIN copy with challan.
∎ Ensure materials incoming and outgoing records are in Excel & ERP.
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, and Quality checking of accessories as per the procedure.
∎ To Ensure daily/weekly/monthly stock report.
∎ Update daily consumption, receiving of any materials, daily stock status, etc. as well as need to ensure store reorder level, and overstock level.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
