Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute General items receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs;
∎ Execute General items inventory transactions and ensure the proper documentations;
∎ Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory;
∎ Perform General items sales of left-over and wastage and maintain records in a proper manner;
∎ Maintain all quality process under QMS. (Ex; General items inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc);
∎ Maintain production consumable items reorder level to avoid production downtime;
∎ Prepare and maintain dept wise general items weekly, monthly and yearly budget and ensure expenditure according to the budgetp;
∎ Ensure 100% stock accuracy in terms of database stock, physical stock as well as location bin card;
∎ Share daily basis accurate inventory database with inventory dept;
∎ Ensure RM inventory days with proper ageing classification;
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have at least 1 year working experience in the same position in General Store with a large Textile/Garments industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within a short lead time.
