∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute Accessories receiving plan, organize location, Store and keep records as per the SOPs.
∎ Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
∎ Take lead to ensure the Database Accuracy as well as ERP.
∎ Execute On time Inventory considering the PCD and reflected the documents.
∎ Ensure & evaluate storage facilities with proper classification and codification of inventory.
∎ Maintain all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Fabric & Accessories inspection, Storing, Issuing, etc).
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
∎ Follow up the Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws.
∎ Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process.
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
∎ Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session with the Team members.
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture/Self Audit/Management Audit/QMS Audit.
