Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree/BBA/Honors any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly work on sales of Flat and Shop independently.
∎ Need to achieve a given sales target.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Must be capable of generating own enquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Must be committed, self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Plan fortnightly for regular activities made phone call to prospects & clients, external & internal visit.
∎ Generate new customers for increasing data bank as per instruction
∎ Keep regular communication with existing clients for future prospect generation.
∎ Maintain reports and daily work schedules.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ (Females will be given priority).
∎ Smart and with good communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
