We are looking for a full-time Executive (Logistics-Distribution) to ensure efficient distribution and on-time delivery of our products. Join us to be part of a fast-growing, dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the distribution of finished goods in collaboration with the invoicing team, delivery team, and transport vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Oversee the delivery status of goods and proactively identify and resolve any logistical challenges or delays.
- Respond to queries from sales and invoicing teams and provide updates on logistics activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with transport vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective delivery solutions.
- Ensure that all logistics processes align with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics activities, including performance metrics and key operational updates.
- Support senior management with logistics-related tasks and strategic initiatives as required.
- Any other job assigned by the HOD & Management.
