Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor network systems, servers, and communication links using NOC tools.
- Respond to system alerts and resolve basic network incidents in a timely manner.
- Log and track network issues through the ticketing system.
- Assist Level 2 and Level 3 engineers in troubleshooting and documentation tasks.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support tiers.
- Participate in routine system health checks and reporting.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and service providers.
- Follow operational procedures and contribute to documentation.
