Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Skilled in MikroTik device administration.
Preferred skills in Cisco/Juniper equipment administration.
Strong hands-on knowledge in eBGP/iBGP configuration, static routing, NAT/CGNAT, route selection process, VTP, STP, VLANs, and end-user bandwidth shaping using MikroTik.
Good working knowledge of network topologies, equipment, protocols, and services.
Solid understanding of prevailing CDN services and technologies.
Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in a Distributor/Retailer/Service Provider environment with first-hand troubleshooting cases.
Proficiency in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
Responsibilities & Context:
24x7 infrastructure, customer monitoring, and reporting.
Team supervision, including Tier-1 and Tier-2 customer support (ISPs).
Customer solutions and requirements assessment.
Conduct in-house training sessions.
