∎ The candidate should be a registered Lawyer in The Bangladesh Bar Council.

∎ Master of Law (LLM) will be preferred
∎ Experienced candidates from a similar industry may apply where educational qualifications may be relaxed.
∎ Should be familiar with MS Office.
∎ Good communication skills in Bangla & English are a must.
∎ Working experience with the ERP environment will be preferred.
∎ Should have the capability to assist in preparing Monthly/Annual reports.
∎ Master of Law (LLM) will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drafting & Vetting Deeds, Agreements, MoU, PoA, Affidavits
∎ To draft and/or review legal letters, contracts, and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ To draft, amend, review, and/or recommend, modify, and deal with matters related to properties, utilities, certifications, Labor, consumer rights, etc.
∎ To suggest and advise on commercial/civil/criminal matters independently.
∎ Updating and maintaining all licenses and Company house records.
∎ Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
∎ Prepare corporate letters to various authorities regarding legal issues.
∎ Issue show cause letters to employees whenever required.
∎ Investigate in-house corporate disputes.
∎ Issue and monitor Legal Notice status.§ Maintain the corporate credit policy.
∎ Manage customer/retailer/stakeholder credit files.
∎ Prepare the monthly credit collection plan.
∎ Negotiating with clients regarding legal issues.
∎ Advise about all types of legal & compliance issues.
∎ Supervise and handle corporate legal affairs to provide accurate and timely
∎ Establish internal governance policies and conduct regular monitoring of compliance.
∎ Executive, Legal Affairs specialize in particular areas of law and carry out similar tasks to solicitors. In the creative industries, should advise on legal matters business sector.
