∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and conduct in-house training programs on MOS through analysing information provided by consultants and secondary data/materials in order to impart knowledge and skills to relevant stakeholders .
∎ Implement new MOS practices & processes to the production/support floor(s) and carryout special MOS projects through continuous improvements in order to facilitate the smooth functioning of the process.
∎ Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after agreement on requirements with relevant management.
∎ Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve problems systematically identified by management.
∎ Prepare team for MOS calibrations as per the given directions.
∎ Engaging with Group Lean Enterprise and Divisional Lean Enterprise in knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring the knowledge is practiced through projects.
∎ Prepare and generate MOS information regarding lean implementation status through Reports, Graphs, and Visual Display in order to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions.
∎ Facilitate & capture learnings from Consultant visits &internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for continuous business improvement.
