Additional Requirements:

• The applicant should have at least 2-3 years of experience in land and legal matters, including land documentation, vetting, mutation, drafting agreements, providing legal opinions and work experience in Tahsil office.

• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills in English, with the willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.

• Ex-tahsildar will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Maintain land documents, meet with stakeholders on land issues, communicate with government offices, ensure confidentiality, handle land and civil law matters, provide legal opinions, manage banking documentation, and address legal issues from bank finance.
