Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing in Yarn Dyeing Lab;
∎ Sound Knowledge about Dyestuff Criteria & Right Shade match maintained by the time frame;
∎ Ensure on-time submission (LD/ Sewing Thread) to maintain bulk order smoothly;
∎ Work on daily production reports & Data analysis on RFT%
∎ Find out the root cause of any failure & make a corrective action plan;
∎ Closely monitor & analyze on-shift production;
∎ Ensure safety & compliance activities in the workplace;
∎ Ensure identify subordinate strengths & work assigned accordingly;
∎ Manage man, machine, and materials properly;
∎ Maintain required MIS;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Communication with Merchant.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have working experience in lab with large textile lab.
