Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for performing in Yarn Dyeing Lab;
∎ Sound Knowledge about Dyestuff Criteria & Right Shade match maintained by the time frame;
∎ Ensure on time submission (LD/ Sewing Thread) to maintain bulk order smoothly;
∎ Work on daily production report & Data analysis on RFT%
∎ Find out root cause against any fail & make corrective action plan;
∎ Closely monitor & analyze on shift production;
∎ Ensure safety & compliance activities in workplace;
∎ Ensure identify subordinate strength & work assign accordingly;
∎ Manage man, machine and materials properly;
∎ Maintain required MIS;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Communication with Merchant.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have working experienced in lab with large textile lab.
