Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & execute all knitting related activities to achieve maximum output through optimum utilization of man, machine & material as per defined KPI.
∎ Should look after the whole knitting technical aspect.
∎ Responsible for establishing of knitting specification on each and every knitting machine.
∎ Responsible for production targets/internal rejections/production optimization controls.
∎ Co-ordinate with all related departments to ensure the machine will not go idle, monitor the shift wise production target.
∎ Responsible for managing machine operators in shifts with zero negative impact in production.
∎ Responsible for generating of the daily production reports at the end of the shifts.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
