Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.Production Planning and Monitoring for Knitting Floor.
∎ 2.Ensure all knitting machines fabric Quality as per standard.
∎ 3.Monitoring all knitting machines Production/Efficiency/Capacity utilization as per Standard.
∎ 4.Give a continuous guidance to the shifting for machine utilization and fabric specification.
∎ 5.Maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the operation area.
∎ 6.Guide the Floor Executive in daily transfer of the generated waste and reduction of rejection.
∎ 7.Give continuous guideline to shifting for production and quality improvement.
∎ 8.Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team.
∎ 9.Daily reporting of production and hold rejection at knitting Floor.
∎ 10.Give the full support to the research and development department.
∎ 11.Maintaining proper communication with maintenance team in any machine problem.
∎ 12.Ensure that the quality standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result.
∎ 13.Maintain fabric production with proper OTT as per buyer standard.
∎ 14.Maintain and coordination of bulk fabric processing as per development.
∎ 15.Continuous communication with finishing team to maintain width GSM and other quality parameter as per development for assigned buyer.
