∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,Mikrotic,Routing
∎ Skills Required: IIG, ISP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IIG, ISP Tech Support
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical know-how:
∎ Basic switching and routing knowledge.
∎ Knowledge on network topology design and implementation.
∎ Must have good sense of network monitoring tools.
∎ Configuration and troubleshooting capability of Mikrotik network environment.
∎ Basic knowledge on fiber optic network and accessories (FTTX).
∎ On-site and off-site support knowledge.
∎ Experience on handling tickets and escalation.
∎ Must have good communication skills and different vendor handling capability.
∎ Must be a team player and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ 24/ 7 working capability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over English both speaking and writing
