Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quicklyBasic documentation and reporting skills
Attend customer complaints and queries through phone and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Configure and maintain routers and access points (e.g., Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys).
Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients both within and outside Dhaka.
Monitor network systems using network monitoring tools and take immediate action in case of alerts or faults.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues efficiently.
Perform installation, configuration and deployment of various network solutions and services at client premises.
Log, track, follow up and update customer complaints, system faults and incidents in the ticketing system.
Provide technical support to both clients and internal teams.
Ensure proper documentation of issues, solutions and processes.
Work on a 24/7 shift basis as per duty roster.
