Responsibilities & Context:

  • Attend customer complaints and queries through phone and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

  • Configure and maintain routers and access points (e.g., Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys).

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients both within and outside Dhaka.

  • Monitor network systems using network monitoring tools and take immediate action in case of alerts or faults.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues efficiently.

  • Perform installation, configuration and deployment of various network solutions and services at client premises.

  • Log, track, follow up and update customer complaints, system faults and incidents in the ticketing system.

  • Provide technical support to both clients and internal teams.

  • Ensure proper documentation of issues, solutions and processes.

  • Work on a 24/7 shift basis as per duty roster.
