Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical support computer hardware and software troubleshooting & resolving for corporate offices.
∎ Web Develop.
∎ Graphics Design.
∎ Provide all types of IT support like Assembling a New PC, Laptop & Notebook.
∎ Install all operating Systems & related software like Microsoft Windows-XP, Microsoft Windows OS-7, Microsoft Windows OS-8, Microsoft Windows OS-10 properly installation & Driver Setup, Different software installation,
∎ Mikrotik Router Configuration & Bandwidth control.
∎ Maintenance of overall office network (both LAN & Wi-Fi,) & ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet Connectivity and PABX System.
∎ Configuration company domain Mail in Microsoft configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Technical Support Microsoft Office Application Program like Microsoft Office-2007, Microsoft Office-2010, Microsoft Office-2013, Microsoft Office-2016, Microsoft Office -2019, Adobe Photoshop all version & Adobe Illustrator all version and Any Others Software.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the authority and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service
∎ Direct experience in the Television Channel will be preferred for the post.
