Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
∎ Assist in the setup and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure its reliability and security.
∎ Collaborate with the development team on various projects, contributing to coding, testing, and debugging activities.
∎ Learn and adapt to new programming languages and technologies as required.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures.
∎ Create user guides and manuals for software applications and systems.
∎ Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to safeguard company information.
∎ Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT-related needs.
∎ Work closely with the IT Manager to implement IT policies and procedures.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
∎ Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

∎ Age at most 28 years
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
