∎ Training/Trade Course: IT Related Training will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Project Manager (IT System), Security Management of IT System, System Analyst, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hospital, Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals
Job Context:

∎ We are looking for some skilled, professional & well experienced IT person from reputed organization.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bring all departments under automation face by face collaborating with effective networking system.
∎ Ensure an effective, resilient and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to different units.
∎ Ensure maximum IT support to the users within the organization as well as other business unit remotely and directly in emergency as & when required.
∎ Responsible for LAN and WAN maintenance within the group as well as other units by keeping close liaison with ISP
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizations standard.
∎ Provide IT support to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, UPS and other devices.
∎ Troubleshooting system & network problem and solving hardware/ software faults, repairing parts as required.
∎ New Computer setup knowledge (Hardware + Software both).
∎ Implementation & Maintenance of existing software such as Hospital MIS & Hospital ERP.
∎ Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining and enforcing system standards.
∎ Installing and configuring hardware and software systems in Desktop or Laptop type machine.
∎ Servicing equipment such as motherboard, monitor, UPS, Printers, and Scanners etc.
∎ Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues in PCs at hardware level.
∎ Setting up computer security measures (antivirus, firewall, active directory).
∎ Configuring Windows, Computer networks and other software in a new PC.
∎ Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
∎ Implementation and Maintenance of Hospital MIS.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Server, Router Switch Configuration and Maintenance
∎ Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services.
∎ Talking staff through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to resolve issues.
∎ Daily check all user PCs in office and report to in-charge.
∎ Ability to work independently and effectively in complex situation.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to be smart, energetic, self-motivated, confident, team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Can work independently and should have multitasking ability.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
