CCTV Maintaining, Hardware Engineer, IT Support Service, Network Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep Computer systems running smoothly, ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
∎ Talk staff or clients through a series of actions either face to face or over phone to help setup systems or resolve issues
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware of software faults
∎ Replace parts as required
∎ Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports
∎ Setup new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Respond within agreed time limits to call outs
∎ Prioritize and manage many open cases at on time
∎ Need to know how to set up CCTV/IP camera.
∎ Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
∎ Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
∎ Installing, configuring and maintaining computers in large organizations.
