Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting Wi-Fi, LAN, and WAN problems
∎ PC/Printer/Network Device Troubleshooting
∎ Installing and Update Antivirus, Operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC) & configuring outlook
∎ Work on the access control device, IP Camera, surveillance system
∎ Monitoring the performance of software and hardware
∎ Ensure the smooth deployment of new application
∎ Assist to manage and administrate all user’s system
∎ Prepare and maintain IT-related documents
∎ Train staff with the potential use of existing technology
∎ Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks
