Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
∎ Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops and MS Exchange.
∎ Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
∎ Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptops.
∎ Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.
∎ Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
∎ Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
∎ Ensure desktop and laptop hardware service and networking.
∎ Making of Cat 5 and Cat 6 e network cables are necessary and ensure the LAN/ WAN.
∎ Server, DVR, Proximity devices, Network Printers maintenance and Troubleshooting.
∎ Providing support for MAC, PC and Android devices.
∎ Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software.
∎ ICT inventory management.
∎ Server and other data backup.
∎ Ensure user end support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Knowledge about Windows Server OS and Adobe creative cloud apps.
