Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate and manage multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within specified timelines.
∎ Follow up on the payment milestones with Account Managers and escalate, where applicable.
∎ Developing project plans, schedules and Gantt Chart.
∎ Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
∎ Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and challenges.
∎ Assist in resource allocation and task assignment.
∎ Facilitate meetings and maintain project documentation.
∎ Create, update and maintain comprehensive project documentation i.e. Minutes of meeting, target milestones, etc.
