Ensure installation, maintenance & configuration of software, network & hardware
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users to resolve IT-related issues and minimize downtime in pharmaceutical operations
Create and maintain documentation including system documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and incident reports to ensure compliance
Maintain & troubleshoot active directory client-based computer system, internet, emailing system, printing, Etc.
Manage and maintain IP camera system, PABX/IP-PABX intercom system, video conferencing system, biometric and face detected attendance & access control system
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructures including servers, networks, and storage systems to support pharmaceutical operations
Manage and configure servers, databases, and other critical IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
Have experience on software solutions for pharmaceutical processes, such as laboratory information management systems (LIMS), QMS, DMS, TMS, etc.
Participate in computer system validation (CSV) activities to ensure that IT systems and software comply with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR part 11) and GXP guidelines
Perform any other job assigned by the management
