∎ Knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.
∎ Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning
∎ Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and storage solutions.
∎ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure will be given advantage.
∎ Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE would be a valuable asset
∎ Experience & knowledge in ERP System will be added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage IT infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and storage.
∎ Diagnose, configure and repair hardware issues in PCs, Printers, UPS units, Projectors, IP Telephone, CC Camera, NVR and other IT-related equipment.
∎ Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
∎ Communicate with vendors to procure IT equipment and escalate unresolved issues.
∎ Maintain an up-to-date IT inventory with proper documentation, including hardware and software assets.
